Welcome to PTN777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and PTN777 governing all access to and use of the ptn777 platform, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, payment services, and any other features or content made available through the website located at https://ptn777.cam and any associated mobile applications or services.

PTN777 operates as a licensed online gaming and sports betting platform serving players primarily in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of any updates to these Terms as published from time to time.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

To open and maintain an account on PTN777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, PTN777 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. Specifically, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• Attempt to circumvent any security or access-control systems implemented on the Platform;
• Use automated systems, bots, scripts, or other non-human means to interact with the Platform;
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without PTN777's express written consent;
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts or degrades the performance or user experience of the Platform for other users;
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information to PTN777 at any time;
• Act in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage or to defraud PTN777.

PTN777 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for the deposit and withdrawal of real funds. Supported methods currently include DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise stated.

Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is RM 50. Deposits below this threshold may be declined without notice.

Withdrawal Policy. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification and compliance checks. PTN777 targets same-business-day processing for verified accounts. PTN777 reserves the right to apply additional verification procedures for large withdrawal requests or where suspicious activity is detected. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible.

Currency. All transactions are processed in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting, as determined by PTN777 at its reasonable discretion.

Responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring that all banking details submitted for withdrawal are accurate and belong to an account in your own name. PTN777 accepts no liability for funds transferred to incorrect account details provided by you.

PTN777 offers various promotional incentives, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made, in addition to the following general provisions applicable to all PTN777 promotions.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (as detailed in the individual promotion terms) before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and may range from 1x to 35x the bonus amount.
• Bonus Validity: All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of crediting. Bonus funds not wagered within the stipulated validity period will be forfeited automatically.

• Abuse: PTN777 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that bonus terms have been abused, including through hedging strategies, low-risk wagering patterns specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or the exploitation of promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intent.
• Amendments: PTN777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, providing reasonable notice to affected players where practicable.

All games offered on PTN777 — including slots, live casino tables, sports betting markets, and instant games — are governed by specific game rules published within each game interface or product section. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail in relation to the conduct of that game or bet.

Results and Outcomes. All game outcomes on PTN777 are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) algorithms independently audited for fairness. PTN777 does not manipulate game outcomes. The results of all settled bets and games are final, subject to the error resolution provisions below.

Error Resolution. In the event of a manifest error — including technical faults, incorrect odds, or game malfunctions — PTN777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the relevant stakes to Player accounts. PTN777 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Sports Betting. Sports betting odds are set at PTN777's discretion and may be subject to change prior to the commencement of a sporting event. In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time without notice. Settlements for League Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other covered events are based on official results declared by the relevant governing body.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets and are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. PTN777 reserves the right to set individual stake limits for any player account at its discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the PTN777 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Opening, operating, or using more than one account per individual (whether in your own name or through nominees);
• Using the Platform to conduct money laundering activities or to process funds derived from illegal activity;
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, chip dumping, or any other form of cheating or fraud;
• Using software, devices, algorithms, or techniques designed to gain an unfair advantage, including bots, RNG prediction tools, or card-counting mechanisms in live dealer environments;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access the Platform's underlying source code or infrastructure;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players, or PTN777's staff and support agents;
• Attempting to exploit promotional offers, welcome bonuses, or referral programmes in bad faith or in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational use;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location.

All content on the PTN777 platform — including but not limited to the PTN777 name, logo, trademarks, service marks, graphics, user interface designs, text, software, game assets, and compilation of data — is the exclusive intellectual property of PTN777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to view and use Platform content solely for your personal, non-commercial use within the scope of these Terms. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used in any commercial context without the prior written consent of PTN777.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as conferring any right, title, or interest in PTN777's intellectual property upon you. Any unauthorized use of PTN777 intellectual property is prohibited and may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PTN777, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

PTN777's aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real funds held in your PTN777 account at the time the claim arises.

PTN777 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. PTN777 makes no representations about the accuracy or completeness of information on the Platform and disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Gambling inherently involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all funds wagered on the Platform, and PTN777 accepts no liability for such losses arising from normal gameplay outcomes.

Voluntary Closure. You may close your PTN777 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary account closure, verified real-fund balances will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to the completion of any pending KYC or AML obligations.

PTN777-Initiated Termination. PTN777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive; (c) we reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with your account; or (d) your account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to PTN777 or its other players.

Upon termination for cause, PTN777 may withhold all account balances pending the outcome of any investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, forfeiture of balances — including real funds — may apply to the extent permitted by law and proportionate to the severity of the breach.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which PTN777 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes relating to account settlements, bonus entitlements, or alleged policy breaches, shall first be submitted to PTN777's internal dispute resolution process.

Internal Dispute Resolution. To initiate a dispute, you must contact PTN777's customer support team in writing, providing full details of the complaint. PTN777 will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and will endeavour to resolve the dispute within 20 business days. Where a resolution cannot be reached internally, the dispute may be referred to the relevant gaming regulatory authority in accordance with PTN777's licensing conditions.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation.

PTN777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, PTN777 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via a platform notification, email to the registered address, or a prominent notice on the website homepage. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as set out in Section 12. PTN777 encourages all users to review these Terms periodically to ensure they remain aware of their current obligations.
